The rules, in plain words.

These terms are an agreement between you and AutoAppoint for using Ovea Club. Part A applies to everyone, Part B to patients, Part C to clinics. By creating an account you accept them and the Privacy Policy.

A. Everyone

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, attacking it, or using it to break the law or other people's rights.
We may change or stop features, and we'll give notice of changes that affect you materially.
We can suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Ovea Club and delete your account any time.

B. Patients

Not medical advice. Ovea Club shows your clinic's menu, plans and offers. Nothing in the app, its texts or its calls is medical advice. Questions about treatments, doses, side effects or symptoms go to your clinic's licensed providers. In an emergency, call 911.
Your clinic sells to you, not us. Treatments, memberships and prices are set and provided by your clinic. Memberships are billed by your clinic through Stripe and follow your clinic's cancellation terms. You can cancel from Manage in the app.
Points and rewards belong to each clinic's program, have no cash value, can't be transferred and may end if the clinic ends its program.
Bookings requested in the app are requests until the clinic confirms them.
Prescription programs depend on a licensed provider's decision. They are never discounted with points, offers or rewards.

C. Clinics

You are responsible for your menu, prices, offers, claims, provider decisions and compliance with the laws that apply to your practice, including advertising and telehealth rules.
You must sign our Business Associate Agreement in the admin before patients join your clinic. We handle protected health information only as the agreement allows.
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Free has a 10 patient limit. Fees are listed on the Your plan page and exclude taxes. Payments from patients go to your own Stripe account; Stripe's terms apply.
You own your clinic's data. You can export it, and after you cancel we delete it within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
You must have patients' consent before using the refill agent to call or text them.

Liability

Ovea Club is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, AutoAppoint isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Disputes

Write to us first at privacy@joinovea.club and we'll try to fix it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
