An optional AI agent calls or texts patients five days before each GLP-1 or peptide refill and passes medical questions to the clinic's providers.

## FAQ

### Do patients download a separate app for my clinic?

No. Patients download Ovea Club once, then tap, scan or type your code. From then on they see your name, colors and menu. If you want an app under your own name in the stores, that is the Signature plan.

### Does it replace my booking software?

No. Bookings stay in the tool you already use, such as Boulevard, Zenoti, Mangomint or Vagaro. The app sends patients there and keeps memberships, rewards and offers in one place.

### Can I use it if I don't offer GLP-1 or peptides?

Yes. Club works for any med spa. The refill agent is most useful once you run a recurring prescription program, and you can add it later.

### Who does the AI agent sound like?

It introduces itself as your clinic's assistant, uses your clinic's name and follows the rules you set. Patients can ask for a person at any point and get your front desk.

### How do payments work?

Memberships and purchases go through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you. We never hold your funds.

### Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free covers up to 10 patients with your QR code, clinic code, menu, points and rewards. Memberships and offers open on Club, which also includes the NFC stand. On Free you can buy the stand separately.

### Do I need a call with your team to get started?

No. You create your account and a setup guide walks you through a few short steps: branding, treatments, points, your front desk QR code and your first patient, plus memberships and payments on Club. Each step says what to do and what your patients will see. Your progress is saved, so you can stop and come back.

### How fast can we launch?

Setup takes about 20 minutes. Patients can join with your QR code or six-letter code the same day. The NFC stand for your front desk ships separately.
