How much does Ovea Club cost?
Free covers up to 10 patients. Club is $500 a month with unlimited patients, memberships, offers, the Wallet card and an NFC stand. Club + Agent is $1,500 a month and adds the AI refill and support agent. Signature, your own app in the stores, is priced per clinic.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee. You set up the clinic yourself in about 20 minutes, start on Free, and upgrade from the admin when patients start joining. Paid plans are billed monthly.
Does Ovea Club take a cut of my memberships?
Memberships and purchases run through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you. Stripe charges its normal card processing fees.
What happens when I pass 10 patients on Free?
New patients can't join until you upgrade to Club. Patients who already joined keep their card, points and rewards.
Do patients pay anything?
No. The Ovea Club app is free for patients. They only pay your clinic for the memberships and treatments they choose.
